The funeral of Chennamma, wife of former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda, will be held this afternoon. 4,000 seats have been arranged, and Union Minister Pralhad Joshi and other prominent BJP leaders and dignitaries will participate.

Chief Minister DK Shivakumar and former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah paid their last respects to Chennamma's mortal remains at her Padmanabhanagar residence and expressed their condolences to former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda. The final yatra will begin from Bengaluru to Holenarasimpura at 11:05 am, and the public will be allowed to have their last darshan.
It is said that Chennamma's funeral was held according to Vastu, and Vastu experts who arrived at the scene from Bangalore have given important information in this regard.
