The counting of the hundi of the historic Huligemma Temple has been completed, and the donations that have poured in from devotees have drawn attention. Officials said that more than 1 crore rupees have been collected in the temple's hundi in the last 20 days. It is learnt that this donation amount, which reflects the devotion and faith of the devotees, will be used for the development of the temple and religious works.
The immense faith of devotees in Shirdi Sai Baba has been proven once again. In the year 2025-26, devotees from all over the country and abroad have donated a record amount of foreign currency to the Sansthan, with devotees residing abroad alone offering ₹4.89 crore worth of foreign currency. In addition, the temple has received an income of ₹39.55 crore from darshan and aarti fees. The donations given by devotees in the form of gold, silver, cash and foreign currency reflect the popularity and emotional attachment of Shri Sai Sansthan.
