The counting of the hundi of the historic Huligemma Temple has been completed, and the donations that have poured in from devotees have drawn attention. Officials said that more than 1 crore rupees have been collected in the temple's hundi in the last 20 days. It is learnt that this donation amount, which reflects the devotion and faith of the devotees, will be used for the development of the temple and religious works.
The grand Maharathotsava of Huligemma Devi was held with devotion. Thousands of devotees participated and had darshan of the Goddess. The temple was filled with the excitement of a fair during the Rathotsava.
