Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar said that special facilities will be provided to Karnataka's representatives and dignitaries to perform the first aarti of the Tirumala temple. The state government will soon issue a protocol order in this regard, he said, and public representatives, senior officials and other dignitaries will be allowed to perform the first aarti as per the prescribed rules.
