Public Works Minister Satish Jarkiholi said that there are many challenges to the tunnel road construction project at Agumbe Ghat. He said that various technical and environmental issues, including permission from the Forest Department and Wildlife Department, have to be examined and a final decision has not been taken on the project yet.
